STATEMENT : What
can make people have a short life ?
ARGUMENTATION :
1. People
are too lazy to move .
2. We
usually eat unhealthy food, liked junk food.
3. People
are stressful with many things in their life.
4. We
are sleep deprived.
RECOMMENDATION : We need to do something for our health. We can make our life longer by avoid all of those things.
We can start now by protect and take care our health.
What Can Shorten Our Lives?
These
days, death is an ordinary thing in human life. Many people in the world can
die in every seconds because of anything. They can die because of an illness or
an accident. They can die in young age as a teenager or a child and also in old
age as a parent or a bussiness man. It’s very frightening for human’s life. So,
what can make people have a short life? Lazy to move, eat unhealthy foods,
stressful with many things, and sleep deprived can be the factors of your short
life. We need to know deeply about those matters to help our life and avoid the
short life.
Lazy
to move is the first factor from your short life. Lazy to do exercise daily and
to do anything can make our muscle become smaller, smaller, and may be can’t be
used anymore. your metabolic
quality will deteriorate and you won’t feel fresh along day. You will be weak, lose your bright, and
you won’t have a great antibody anymore.
Second,
we usually eat unhealthy foods, like junk food and instant noodle. We eat those
foods because of our activities. We are too busy to cook and make a healthy
food. It’s a stupid thought, because we kill our life for money. We think about
now but don’t think about our future if we’re sick because of an illness.
Junk
food and another unhealthy foods aren't good for our body. They contains hazardous
chemicals which can make our health becomes worse. It can poison our body and
break our vital organs, like liver and kidney. Those foods also don't contain
nutrients that can improve our metabolism. They don't contain fiber and just
contain toxic. Virus and bacteria which cause an illness are also contained in
those unhealthy foods.
Sometimes,
we eat the late night snacks too. It’s also a bad thing. It contains unnecessary
calories and can disrupt our sleep. It can interfere our eat pattern and it can
also make our body activities become annoyed. When night, we don’t need to eat
anymore, because our body starts to stop their fast movement and go to take a
rest like us.
Third
factor is stressful with many things. It makes our brain feel tired everytime.
We think about a lot of bad things and mix them in one brain. The first problem
is unresolved but the second problem is coming and mixed with the first. It’s
very confusing and make us want to forget everything. And then, it means that we
never had found our emotional balance.
Even
if we master every other aspect of health, it won’t be complete if we’re
suffering from inner turmoil. Our broken heart must be cured quickly, because
the physical health is also determined by our feeling. Some people in the world
end their life because of their emotional feeling. They can’t manage their
feeling, start to be stressful, and do a bad thing like suicide. Yeah, that’s
their choice in their life. So, if we don’t want to have a short life, we need
to build a mature personal to make our life become better and more useful.
After
all of that, we can’t also improve our life quality if we are a sleep deprived.
When we sleep, our body produces new cells which will fight infection,
inflammation, and stress. It means that sleep deprivation not only makes you
more prone to getting sick, but also increases the time you need to recover
from illness. So, we need to have a good
quality for our sleep. We should sleep in the peaceful condition, don’t think
about anything which makes us feel stress. If we keep thinking about our
problems, we will wake up in a really tired condition and our sleep won't be
useful anymore.
Those
